June 14th, 2008 What I’ve Been Up To

To be honest, I really haven’t been doing much at all. In the Life area I’ve been preparing to go on vacation for a week to the Dominican Republic. Which I frankly don’t want to go to because of the people joining us. Horrible demon cousins of mine, I want to smack them around. Seriously. They’re awful.

I’ve been spending a lot of time with my big brother, it’s his 25th birthday soon. And like every year, he tells us what he wants. In this case, I gave him $30 to put into his Metal Gear Solid 4 purchase. He wanted the limited edition what-have-you. So, you’re welcome Mike! We’ve also been watching Dragon Ball Z together. Don’t laugh. When we were younger and living in central America, we’d watch it five days a week in Spanish. I guess it just holds dear to our hearts still. I’m not nearly as big on anime as I used to be but I still enjoy Dragon Ball Z with my bros.

Online, I’ve been helping a friend set up a few WordPress powered blogs for her family. Yay. I hope they’re happy. Originally the said sites were manually coded, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there weren’t so many bloody pages! I was like “You need WordPress!” Of course the transition didn’t go as smoothly but meh.

I’ve also updated my LiveJournal with a new name (stupid rename token is a ripoff) and design, along with redesigning and renaming my Twitter. As for this site? Not much is going on.

Oh yeah! I’ve started to post awful videos on Youtube! Check me out at The Silky Witch @ Youtube.com.

That’s enough shameless plugging, I think.

Emotionally, I feel really ignored. Not going to name any names, but you know who you are. =/ Talk to me, okay? Blah. Don’t wanna be emo, ESCAPE THE EMO!

Right now I’m watching Simba run into the glass door over and over again. I don’t know why he keeps doing that. I’m thinking maybe he wants to go outside? But it’s too dark and out late out for him to be wandering around. He’ll end up coming home at like 3am. He’s done it before.

   I’m jealous of your ‘not-much-at-all’ lifestyle right now. I’ve been so busy these past few days. It’s intense. And I will continue being busy forever just because this is the song that never ends… yes it goes on and on my friends…

   Um. Yeah. I don’t think I get enough sleep. This whole insomniac deal is messing with my brain.

   Anyways. Older brothers are cool (I’m a cool older brother :D) but younger siblings are a pain. Most of the time.

   And Simba is awesome. Maybe it’s like those windex commercials… where people crash into the glass door because it’s so clean? And then the crows sit on the tree and laugh. Maybe you should fingerprint the window up a little bit hehe ;)

   yeah nothing’s been happening in my life, either.

   actually, i do have a lot of music. i have 1500 songs, which wouldn’t fit on an iPod shuffle, but it’s better to have something thats orange with the headphones, to not have the shuffle at all lol.

   Reminds me of when my grandparents came with us on our last vacation (many moons ago, sadly…) and it SUCKED. Whenever they weren’t hanging around me and my family, it was alright. But when they joined us, oh Lord, it was awful. I don’t have a very close relationship with most of my family, other than my immediate family that lives with me (parents and brother). The rest of my relatives are very rude, old fashioned, critical, racist, ignorant… shall I elaborate more? Lol.

   I hope your vacation is good even though you’ll have some annoying family members tagging along.
