I stopped using Windows Live Writer when WordPress 2.5 came out, because as soon as that did, total support (at least on my end) for my blog was just about cut off.
I’m not sure if it was WLW’s fault, or WordPress, or just my own. But I installed the beta for the next update to WLW and alas! I can blog with it again! This makes me extremely happy while I’m on a Windows machine because this app is so nice! Very simple to use, to the point, pretty, and I just. I don’t know. I remember the first time using it and falling in love instantly.
Have you ever had that really weird geeky experience with a program / application / whathaveyou?
I’ll be blogging soon about my adventures in Livejournal and YouTube. Not that it’s very thrilling but I do have some things to jot down here! Later, all!

Windows = Blah. But we already know that. Redundancy is redundant, I know.
Anyways. I fell in love with Skitch, the screen-shot and quirky edit app for Mac. No fussing with Photoshop, takes seconds to take the screenshot instead of minutes to take the screenshot, crop, then add text. You just grab the pic, and pick a color, then write. It’s great.
Also, Safari. I started using Safari on my old PC, and I loved it then. The UI is just so much… less clunky compared to Firefox or even Opera. I don’t mind either browser, but only for testing purposes. Safari is my full-time browser, and I haven’t had any problems with it.
Um… and one more. It’s called MenuShade, and it lets me mess around with the menu bar at the top of my screen. You can even set it to be (almost) transparent. It makes it much less distracting, and an added bonus: It kind of looks like Leopard.
There’s a few more, but I don’t totally want to write about all of these. Blah. I need coffee first XD
